A land capability assessment (LCA) determines whether a site can safely and sustainably treat and dispose of wastewater on-site, required by most Victorian councils before a planning permit is granted on unsewered land. We combine infiltration/percolation testing, soil profiling and slope/setback analysis to deliver a council-ready report and wastewater design loading rate, per AS/NZS 1547 and relevant EPA Victoria guidance, across Melbourne, regional Victoria and the Greater Brisbane area.
